Shipping Policy

We are working diligently to have products delivered in a timely fashion to each and every client. We are unable to make changes or cancellations to your order once the order has been completed.

Orders placed are usually shipped within 2-3 days, except during the holidays and sales. Orders placed on Friday – Sunday will be processed the following business day.
 
Pre-order items will be shipped at a later date, item estimated arrival and shipment information for pre-orders will be provided via email.

Continental United States

USPS Mail: $12.00 (5-7 business days)
 
USPS Expedited mail: $22.00 (2-3 business days)
 
Free Shipping (USPS Priority Mail)
Domestic orders over $150.00 qualify for free shipping when using the code "Free Shipping" at check out. Free Shipping code not applicable with other promotional codes.

International Shipping

Will be calculated on an order by order basis.

Tracking Orders 

To track your order please use tracking number emailed to you once your order has been shipped. If your tracking number does not work visit carrier site to manually input your tracking number.

*Signature is required upon delivery of all packages.  If USPS attempts delivery and you are not available, please report to your local USPS Office immediately to claim your package before it is returned to us.
